Samsung LE40B650 | ||
This LCD television Rocks. The Samsung LE40B650 goes well beyond the boundaries of a normal LCD TV. Advanced features come in shape of Contents Library and PC Networking and Internet TV. The later is a set of widgets supplied by Yahoo that offers access to websites such as Flickr, Youtube and news sites in real time. Attached to a router either wirelessly (using a dongle supplied by Samsung for a further £50 or wired in by an ethernet LAN cable, the LE40B650 can also stream digital files from a PC. Samsung's own Contents Library is stored on a built in hard drive, it consists of a mix of pictures which are set to music, there are bedtime stories for kids, a food recipe section and even wellness videos. The LE40B650's use of the ultra clear lcd panel is very important it reflects light back in a room to make dark colours seem deeper. The impressive Motion Plus 100Hz enging and the birth of Samsung's Crystal FHD processor claims to upscale standard definition even better. I can honestly say this is the best LCD television that I have owned. |
